How paying at your door works, what to have ready when the courier arrives and what to do if something is wrong.
Pay when it arrives
With Cash on Delivery you do not pay anything when you place the order. The full amount — products plus the delivery fee shown at checkout — is paid to the courier when the parcel reaches you.
Be ready for the delivery
A smooth handover comes down to three things:
- Keep your phone on — the courier may call before arriving.
- Have the exact order total ready.
- Check that the parcel is sealed and the order number matches.
If something is not right
If the item is damaged or not what you ordered, contact support within 48 hours with photos. Our Returns & Refunds page explains the options in full.
